The structural foundation of every piece is hot-rolled steel — a material chosen for its character as much as its strength. Unlike cold-rolled sheet, hot-rolled steel retains the subtle surface texture formed during the rolling process: fine mill scale, slight tonal variation, a quiet visual weight. All steel components are finished with a clear powder coat — a process that bonds a transparent protective layer directly to the metal surface under heat, preserving the natural appearance of the steel while providing resistance to impact, abrasion, and moisture.
The oak used in every piece is sourced from certified Austrian forests — a provenance that reflects both environmental accountability and consistent material quality. Austrian oak is known for its tight, even grain and moderate density, properties that make it well-suited to furniture subject to daily use. All timber surfaces are finished with RMC Oil Plus 2C — a two-component oil recognized as one of the most durable wood finishing products currently available. It penetrates and hardens within the wood fiber rather than forming a surface film, enhancing the natural grain while providing long-term resistance to moisture, abrasion, and everyday wear. All the fixtures is sourced exclusively from Blum and Hettich, manufacturers whose mechanisms are specified in high-end cabinetry production worldwide.
